Ven Zawa Tulku Rinpoche inaugurated the statue of Buddha Shakyamuni who now adorns the forest of the Tsongkhapa meditation center.

His Holiness Kyabje Trijang Chocktrul Rinpoche will perform the ribbon cutting ceremony, as well as the consecration and purification of the new TsongKhapa Meditation Center. H.H. will also give a commentary on the Ganden Lhagyama (Hundred of Deities of Tushita). We are deeply honored by his presence.

Venerable Zawa Rinpoche, Spiritual Director of the Tsongkhapa Meditation Center, met with Mrs Louise Gallant, mayor of Ste-Sophie, who indicated her support for the flourishing of the center. Mrs. Louise Gallant will participate in the official opening ceremony on August 16 along with dignitaries from several countries. We are grateful for her kindness and support.
